This offshoot of The Happy Body was developed specifically for anyone looking to conceive a little person, currently pregnant with a little person or for little people (aged 0-4) themselves! It came about when we realised that the quality of information (around diet and lifestyle) being given to parents and prospective parents was/is - to put it bluntly - absolutely dire.
