This offshoot of The Happy Body was developed specifically for anyone looking to conceive a
little person, currently pregnant with a little person or for little people (aged 0-4) themselves! It
came about when we realised that the quality of information (around diet and lifestyle) being given
to parents and prospective parents was/is - to put it bluntly - absolutely dire.
If there were ever an important time in your life to be eating and living 'cleanly', pre-conception
and pregnancy would be it, and if you want to ensure that your little one has a long, healthy life,
free of the modern lifestyle diseases that currently ravage adults and children alike, then you’d
best be sure to feed them well and teach them positive lifestyle habits from birth...
